We do not accept returns on products once they’ve been delivered.

Replacements

We’re happy to offer a replacement if something goes wrong. Here’s when we’ve got you covered:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or misprinted design

  • Product arrived damaged or visibly flawed

Refunds

We do not provide direct refunds.

However, in rare and valid cases, we may issue a coupon code equivalent to the refund amount, which you can use on any The QuikKart product.

To qualify for this:

  • You must send us a start-to-end unboxing video clearly showing the issue

  • Without video proof, we are not liable to process any refund or coupon

This helps us verify the problem and ensures fairness for everyone.

Exceptions

We understand that unusual situations can happen. In exceptional cases, we may initiate a return after reviewing the full context. These are handled individually and at our discretion. If a return is initiated, we will guide you through the next steps.
